My Journey and Approach

My path to therapy began through storytelling—documenting human resilience and transformation as a journalist for Business Insider, Vice, and Teen Vogue. Those experiences taught me the profound healing power of being truly heard and understood.

Who I Support

I specialize in helping adults and teens navigate:

  • Identity exploration

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Perfection and overachieving

  • Relationship challenges

  • Feelings of isolation

My Therapeutic Philosophy

I believe healing is a collaborative journey. Using evidenced-based practices including EMDR, and mindfulness techniques, I create a safe, supportive space where you can explore, grow, and rediscover your inner strength.

Trained at the University of Colorado, Denver, I approach therapy holistically—understanding that your mind, body, and spirit are deeply interconnected. Whether you're facing life transitions or seeking deeper self-understanding, I'm here to walk beside you with compassion and expertise.

Your Healing Starts Here

Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don't have to navigate this journey alone. Together, we'll develop meaningful strategies to help you reconnect with yourself and create the life you desire.

Outside of Being a Therapist

Outside the therapy room, you'll find me trail running, volunteering as a DJ at Boulder's community radio station KGNU, hosting my podcast So, What Brings You to Therapy or training my rescue dog, June, to be a therapy dog. As a mother of two, I understand firsthand the delicate balance of nurturing others while maintaining our own well-being and pursuing personal growth. These experiences enrich my work and deepen my understanding of the complex challenges we all face in creating meaningful, authentic lives.
